Adrian, the Airzone guy, he came on time, checked the unit, explained to me what part was failing and why. Replaced the part, and another part that needs to be replaced, he will check if it can be covered under warranty. That he did on his own, without just telling me to replace it and asking me to pay for it. I signed one year maintenance because I felt very comfortable with the honesty and service.
